Columbus 4000-1 to win the Cup?

This seem a bit off to me (at TheGreek.com). I can see 400-1 but 4000-1 seems a little extreme.

I for one have 10 to win 40000 on it.

 

Unfortunately, the JACKETS won't win the CUP let alone make it to the Conference Finals!

I agree that it is a long-shot, but it is early in the season and 4000-1 is way to much value on a long shot. And if they did make the playoffs you could hedge against this bet and come out very nice.

 

remember they do NOT have to win the cup and do NOT have to make the playoffs for you to make money with that ticket. so long as they stay close (which i say they will), you can always hedge late in the year either by betting against columbus or on team(s) they chasing for last playoff spot. that ticket has value. or (again late) can even bet another future on team in same conference.

well, i wont come out and say i bet it too, but i think we can predict that number won't be there tomorrow!
